FAQ
Quick answers to the obvious questions.
01
How is Lexora free during beta?
Beta runs on stub mode by default — deterministic LLM responses, mock Najiz / WhatsApp / Whisper. No usage cost on our side, so we don't charge. When you flip to live providers (real LLM keys, real Najiz integrator agreement), the paid plans unlock and we pass through usage.
02
Can I migrate off Lexora?
Yes. The corpus, your documents, your case data, and your audit chain are all exportable. We'll walk you through the migration on the demo call.
03
What happens to my audit log if I downgrade?
Nothing. The audit chain is preserved across plan changes. You can always export the whole HMAC-chained log from your account settings.
04
Do you train on my data?
No. We don't fine-tune any model on tenant data. Per-tenant data is isolated by Postgres RLS and never crosses the LLM-provider boundary except as the prompt context for your own request.
05
Is on-prem available?
Yes — Enterprise tier ships a Helm chart for single-tenant deployment in your infrastructure. We support Kubernetes 1.28+ and Postgres 14+.
06
How do I get a foreign-worker tier discount?
Book a call from a verified labour-rights NGO and we'll set up sponsored Plus seats for your beneficiaries at zero cost.
